Four Pillars Counselling is not currently registered for New Zealand GST, as confirmed on 16 September 2026. This status and any Australian tax obligations will be checked again before paid sales begin.

What you may do now

You may explore, print and download the draft resources for your own practitioner evaluation using fictional examples. Keep the authorship, source and draft-status notices. You may adapt generic business planning outputs for your own practice after checking their suitability and applicable requirements.

The current clinical packs are AI-assisted drafts. Clinical, independent and cultural review remain pending. They are not approved for client use. Do not present them as validated treatment, diagnostic tests, professional training qualifications or accredited continuing professional development.

Do not resell or redistribute the resource library, remove its review notices, imply endorsement, or use it to misrepresent professional status. Linked third-party resources remain subject to their own publishers’ terms. Sharing the public sample link is welcome.

Professional and local requirements

Use resources only within your competence and professional scope. Country, profession and state selections help you find relevant planning prompts; they do not assess your registration, credentials, insurance or legal compliance. A completed checklist is a record of what you have considered, not a licence or readiness certificate.

Official requirements and circumstances change. Follow the linked authority’s current guidance, your regulator or association, applicable contracts and appropriate professional advice. A source reference does not mean that organisation endorses this Toolkit.

The planned membership

The proposed price is AUD$228 for 12 months, paid upfront and renewing annually, equivalent to AUD$19 per month. This is not a monthly payment plan. The sample pack is intended to remain free.

Automatic renewal and cancellation

The planned membership will renew automatically every 12 months unless you cancel before the next renewal date. Before checkout opens, we will provide clear agreement to automatic renewal, a pre-renewal email showing the amount and date, and online cancellation with confirmation. Cancelling renewal will stop the next annual charge and preserve access through your paid period.

Any renewal price change will be notified beforehand, with time to cancel. Cancelling renewal does not itself refund the current annual payment; refunds and other remedies will follow the final published policy and applicable statutory rights. Support will be available if you cannot access your account to cancel.

These payment, reminder and cancellation features are planned and are not yet available. No order, payment or renewal can be created in this release. Enquiries are non-binding. Before sales open, we will publish the actual total payable and tax treatment, seller details, included access, full purchase terms, support and the licence for reviewed materials. Those future terms do not create a subscription now.

Saving is optional and limited to your browser profile. Download a backup for work you want to keep. This preview may change as it is tested, and it is not suitable for storing essential clinical records. Read the privacy notice before entering information.
